Technical Support Engineer

サーバ製品、ストレージ製品を中心に製品スペシャリストとして顧客からの問い合わせ対応、技術支援、問題解析を担当。顧客が抱えている問題を迅速かつ効果的にサポートし、顧客満足度向上に責任を持ちます。大規模システムを対象としてサポート提供を行いますので、冷静な分析、判断能力と専門的知識が必要となります。

【業務内容】

  • ​問題解決のため、お客様からの電話やメール対応

  • ハードウェア障害時の技術支援

  • 診断ツールを使用してのログ解析

  • Windows, Linux, VMWare各種アプリケーションでの問題解決

  • オンサイトエンジニア用指示書作成

【応募資格】

  • テクニカルサポートコールセンターでの1年以上の経験

  • PCアーキテクチャーの基礎知識を有すること

  • 大型ストレージ製品のサポート経験

  • 主要オペレーティングシステム(Windows, Linux, VMWare)の実用知識

  • エンタープライズ製品に関する問題解決能力

  • 障害対応への柔軟性

  • チームワークを重視できる方

  • 英文マニュアル読解能力および電話、E-mailで問題なく海外とのコミュニケーションができる方

  • CompTIA Server+, Network+保有者
