A Field Marketing Consultant at Dell Technologies is strategic, creative, innovative, and results oriented. This experience will showcase your ability to evaluate business opportunities, develop integrated plans, and bring them to market to positively impact brand equity, business sales and profitability. The Field Marketing Consultant will build strong team dynamics, deal with ambiguity, influence up to the highest levels of the organization, and drive for results.
Build strategic, end-to-end marketing plans that drive awareness, generate demand and deliver superior customer experience at Dell Technologies in Canada.
Work within a North American org structure, and actively identify winning programs that can be imported and localized to drive positive customer and business impact in Canada.
Collaborate with key business partners, and lead cross-functional teams to drive impactful marketing programs that scale, are repeatable, and improve efficiency and effectiveness in the market.
Support Sales engagement and enablement. Work with Sales teams and Sales operations to ensure Sales representatives are aligned and ready to drive the right actions/conversation with customers.
Communicate with Marketing and Sales leadership on program status and results in regular cadence. Actively represent Marketing in key meetings to demonstrate integration, ownership and outcomes.
Manage assigned marketing budgets. Invest in programs that align to business priorities and evaluate ROIs for all program spend.
Use data and standard methodology to track program performance, provide in-depth analysis, highlight insights to continuously improve program results throughout quarter/year.
Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing or Business preferred)
8-10 years of experience in marketing, field marketing or other relevant marketing experience.
Well-honed communication and presentation skills, especially when interacting with senior leadership.
Self-starter with ability to work autonomously with high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit.
Able to manage multiple competing projects and deliverables. Remain flexible and agile when circumstances require course alteration.
Strong management skills, exceptional relationship skills and high ability to influence in a matrix environment
Exceptional project and time management skills; strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in order to remain productive and outcomes oriented.
