We work in partnership with fulfillment and logistics providers to ensure a visible service to our supply chain and smooth delivery services to end users.

What you’ll achieve

In this role, you will have an opportunity to make a large impact on Dell's Canadian Supply Chain. You will be responsible for Outbound Logistics KPI's pertaining to all Canadian shipments; work with all customer segments in Canada, supporting the final mile via Parcel, LTL and Truckload transportation. While supporting the end delivery from Dell's hub in Canada, you will also interface with other key stakeholders in Dell's Supply Chain, including Sales, Planning, Procurement and Operations.

You will:

  • Be focused on managing external transportation providers.

  • Handle escalated vendor issues and outsourced partner issues from team members.

  • Accountable for customer order tracking, cost tracking & status updates.

  • Tactical enhancements and projects related to ongoing network optimization

Essential Requirements

  • 2+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience

  • Problem solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as a team member

  • Effective communication and presentation skills

  • Microsoft Suite

Desirable Requirements

  • Working knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableu, etc)

  • Transportation supplier management experience
