Dell Strategic Transformation Change Manager in Virginia

In this role, you will help to manage organizational change as we transform end-to-end strategic initiatives, processes and tools to modernize how we go to market. In this role, you will help to manage organizational change as we transform end-to-end strategic initiatives, processes and tools to modernize how we go to market. The Strategic Transformation Change Manager will work directly with leaders from multiple organization across the company and will be instrumental in charting paths to successful business outcomes.

What you'll achieve:

Working with Marketing to define Change Management requirements which include mapping key stakeholders, setting milestones and developing communications plans. As a Strategic Transformation Change Manger you will be responsible for driving alignment with Project Managers on project risk assessment, project BMS, and project KPI’s. You be assessing organizational readiness and timing to implement change initiatives. Understanding the company’s key strategic goals and how they ladder to specific change projects will be critical to the candidate’s success. If you have a proven track record of successfully managing high-impact initiatives across global organizations and are excited to stand up a new function for Dell Marketing in Change Management then this is the role for you! You will deftly work across multiple teams and organizations both inside and outside of Marketing utilizing your strong project management skills to exhibit proactive leadership.

You will:

  • Work with Marketing to define Change Management requirements including mapping key stakeholders, setting milestones and developing communications plans to drive alignment with Project Managers on project risk assessment, project BMS, and project KPI’s

  • Assess organizational readiness and timing to implement change initiatives

  • Reduce complexity in communications by centralizing & tailoring messaging to the appropriate audience

  • Present key findings and make recommendations to executives to accelerate successful adoption of change

Essential Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing who is comfortable managing strategic projects in a matrixed organization.

  • The ability to work cross-functionally and influence a variety groups is very important.

  • Understanding the company’s key strategic goals and how they ladder to specific change projects will be critical to the candidate’s success.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering high-impact initiatives across global organization

Desirable Requirements

  • Change management experience and certification highly preferred

  • Project management certification highly preferred
