This role is the Global Sales Lead for our ANZ HQ’d Global Dell Technology Select Customers . You will be responsible for driving the Global Workforce Transformation strategy for these customers, working closely with the DTS Client Executives, aligning overarching sales strategy to drive Client growth, increase our Share, provide Thought Leadership and ensure our Customers overall experience is world-class.

What you’ll achieve

As an Global Workforce Sales Group Lead, you will proactively identify and solve customer business needs by providing subject matter expertise and creating solutions using Dell’s products and services.

We do this by:

• Managing senior level relationships broadly (Workplace, IT, HR, Facilities, Security, Procurement) within our Customers organisations across ANZ, APJ and Global

• Focusing on the Workforce Transformation needs of our Customers and bringing to bear our deep expertise in our world-class Client systems, Software, Security and Services.

• Provide insight and thought leadership to our Customers, with a focus on benefits and outcomes that solve their business problems.

• Co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders within our business (including DTS CE’s, ENT AE’s, CSG BU, Services, DFS etc) to align and drive the sales strategy and resources to facilitate the business outcome expectations of our Customers.

Essential Requirements

  • 8 to 12 years of related experience in a relationship selling role•

  • Advanced knowledge of technical products, vendors and families of technologies

  • Excellent understanding of product configurations.
