Within the Enterprise Sales Team at Dell EMC, we are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in BeNeLux.

The mission statement of the team is to lead the IT transformation journey of our customers and our market, with a special focus on the enterprise solutions environment.

The sales manager will be responsible for a team of Acquisition Sales Professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and manage a team which prospects and develops business

  • Responsible for achieving assigned sales quotas and goals.

  • Manages territory planning and goal assignment; manages current and future pipeline.

  • Fosters and advances the success of Dell EMCs relationships with customers and cross functional stakeholders and virtual team (i.e., direct sales, presales, services and marketing) at all levels within assigned area of responsibility.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to transform, lead and motivate a sales team

  • Understanding of the actual situation of the business and the direction it takes toward service providers while building the strategy upon it
