Medium Business, Inside Sales - Displays & Client Peripherals
You will be a part of the Benelux Client Solutions Sales Team supporting Belgium Medium Business .
You'll be the GO TO Woman/Guy for Displays and Client Peripherals.
Act as a technical resource to support the sales organization to meet and/or exceed their objectives.
Identify customer needs/ requirements, and recommends the appropriate products and solutions.
Provide pre-sales technical support during the sales process.
Remain up-to-date on new product, technology, and services offerings. Stay current on industry and vertical solutions as well.
Assist in the on-going technical education and development of the broader team
Handle all Displays & Client Peripheral (DnCP) Requests for Medium Business (MB).
Quoting / Order Follow-Up.
Pipeline Coverage & Management.
Face-To-Face (F2F) Trainings - Product Workshop / New Launches.
Single Point of Contact with MB ISRs (Inside Sales) to ensure DnCP portfolio offering.
Creative, verbal and written communication skills (Dutch, French & English).
Strong financial and business acumen and analytical skills.
Organizational agility with the ability to engage across all levels of Dell and with external partners.
Web applications, social media, and content management skills.
- Undergraduate degree and 1-3 years relevant experience. Graduate degree preferred.
