Medium Business, Inside Sales - Displays & Client Peripherals

You will be a part of the Benelux Client Solutions Sales Team supporting Belgium Medium Business .

You'll be the GO TO Woman/Guy for Displays and Client Peripherals.

  • Act as a technical resource to support the sales organization to meet and/or exceed their objectives.

  • Identify customer needs/ requirements, and recommends the appropriate products and solutions.

  • Provide pre-sales technical support during the sales process.

  • Remain up-to-date on new product, technology, and services offerings. Stay current on industry and vertical solutions as well.

  • Assist in the on-going technical education and development of the broader team

Accountabilities:

  • Handle all Displays & Client Peripheral (DnCP) Requests for Medium Business (MB).

  • Quoting / Order Follow-Up.

  • Pipeline Coverage & Management.

  • Face-To-Face (F2F) Trainings - Product Workshop / New Launches.

  • Single Point of Contact with MB ISRs (Inside Sales) to ensure DnCP portfolio offering.

Skills:

  • Creative, verbal and written communication skills (Dutch, French & English).

  • Strong financial and business acumen and analytical skills.

  • Organizational agility with the ability to engage across all levels of Dell and with external partners.

  • Web applications, social media, and content management skills.

Education:

  • Undergraduate degree and 1-3 years relevant experience. Graduate degree preferred.
