Key Responsibilities

In your role as Senior Services Sales Executive you will be responsible for identifying, positioning and driving the sales of services and solutions. Your primary focus is on driving the Dell Technologies strategic agenda with our customer base in IT transformation & Workforce transformation. You will drive the value of Dell Technology solutions (including Vmware) towards our customers in Belgium and Luxembourg.

You will:

  • Be responsible for demand creation, pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and achievement of the financial plan for the full portfolio of DT services in assigned accounts.

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the key clients’ business priorities, challenges and defines initiatives that can be translated into Dell Technologies solutions

  • Closely collaborate on a strategic level with core sales teams to create synergy between product & services sales to raise awareness of DT service capabilities.

  • Team up with the delivery teams to ensure overall successful delivery and customer satisfaction in the engagements.

  • Regularly engage at customer facilities and deliver high impact presentations leveraging strong technical skills.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven track record in leading professional services and/or consulting sales engagements.

  • Strong experience of working with technical and non-technical stakeholders up to C-Level.

  • Ability to develop long-term strategic relationships.

  • Ability to assist clients with (and lead the dialogue around) their IT vision, strategy and formulate solutions based on complex customer requirements

  • Advanced presentation and negotiation skills; fluent communication in English, French and Dutch

Desirable Requirements

  • Remains up-to-date on new product, technology, & services.

  • Knowledge of financial XaaS models
