Dell Account Executive - Direct Sales in Bangladesh

Direct sales experience working with enterprises on complex solutions. Leverages and works with Dell in-country sales team to provide product solutions, develop new business, and to ensure satisfaction, and maintain positive ongoing relationships. Works with other RSA internal sales personnel to propose specific solutions for a given account. Responsible for the overall sales strategies and generating results from the client. Plans and directs all sales activities and selling resources. May have responsibility for the pre-sales function.

  • Grows the territory/account base (Bangladesh, Pakistan & Sri Lanka) to attain financial objectives

  • Duties include building opportunities and working on focused accounts to provide product solutions, develop new business, and to ensure satisfaction, and maintain positive ongoing relationships.

  • Understands customers’ business and solutions requirements, with experience in Enterprise Sales

  • Will work with other internal sales personnel and specialist teams to propose specific solutions for a given account / territory

  • Work effectively with partners in the assign territory to increase sales pipeline and opportunities

  • Requires the ability to influence others to achieve results

  • Can reach appropriate resolution in many varied situations without damaging internal or external relationships

  • Can effectively interface at many levels and with C-Level executives and senior managers

  • Track record of consistent sales over quota achievement

  • Experience in cybersecurity with a vendor preferable

  • Proven sales track record of success

  • Extensive experience of selling technology solutions in Bangladesh, Pakistan and Sri Lanka; selling one or more of the following solutions; security, software and/or managed services

  • Ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior/CXO leadership to position solutions that will positively impact the Customer’s business

  • Deep expertise of market trends that impact on Dell’s customers

  • Effective presentation, negotiation and executive relationship-building skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Fluency in English
