Key Responsibilities

This finance role supports the Director of Global Supply Chain Enablement and E&O.Responsibilities include analysis of Client and Server processes for E&O and driving best process moving forward

You will:

  • Support the E&O (excess and obsolete) outlook and close cycles including submissions to Global Ops FP&A, Operations variance and recovery calculation.

  • Participating in E&O regional Councils (APJ/ EMEA/ DAO)

  • Perform general aging reserve allocation during close in coordination with Accounting

  • Maintain E&O Subledger and Part List reporting during E&O councils and close

  • Assist Credit/Debit note processes

  • LCM (Lower Cost Market) outlook and actual reserve calculation

Essential Requirements

  • Analytical skills, and ability to interpret data into summaries and actions·Ability to work cross functionally·Excel at core finance competencies of Controllership, Partnership and Finance Acumen·Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, at all levels of the organization
