Dell Content Strategist in Brazil

What you’ll achieve
As content strategist you will be responsible for facilitating and executing work that supports and optimizes the content lifecycle. As a member of our B2B content team . The focus of this role will be directed towards content strategy. Assignments will include coordinating the cross-functional inputs required to establish a content strategy that is aligned to the objective of our campaigns and programs. Assimilating inputs from multiple sources on personas, audience journey, etc. you will create and recommend an appropriate content strategy designed to meet program objectives. Efficiently leading projects and creating a consolidated calendar or blueprint that schedules and catalogs content aligned to the audience journey. The strategist will also coordinate with the content audit and inventory team, support the appropriate technology management and use, and leverage data driven insights to inform decision making.
You will be responsible for:
Providing content strategy recommendations to support inbound and outbound marketing throughout the buyers journey across a number of cross-functional participants
Aggregating and maintaining inputs for content strategy and planning, including audience insights, personas, messaging, competitive information and feedback from a variety of contributors and users
Staying up to speed on MarTech innovation and the opportunities and impacts it has on content strategy, e.g. dynamic content, search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) initiatives, content tagging and metadata management, etc.
Consulting on the creation of content aligned to the strategy recommendations via content reviews
Regularly reviewing content performance data to provide insights and make recommendations for optimizing content quality, processes and activation channels

Bachelors degree equivalent or higher in Marketing
5+ years experience in a content marketing role
3+ years of experience driving content strategy
Familiarity with B2B customer journey mapping and optimizing content
Marketing automation and innovation experience preferred
Candidate must be organized, enthusiastic, results oriented, innovative and able to deal with ambiguity and tight deadlines while working effectively in a team environment
