Sales Operations Analyst
Join us as a Sales Operations Analyst on our Deal Registration team in Eldorado do Sul - RS to do the best job of your career and make the best experience to our channel partners.
What you’ll achieve
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will evaluate opportunities submitted by channel partners based on Rules of Engagement and Brazil Guidelines.
You will encourage best practices and knowledge sharing within the deal registration organization, and as a trusted analyst to the business you will also help channel partners about inquires.
Analyze opportunities submitted by Brazilian Partners in the Channel partner program based on standard Rules and Processes
Alignment of indirect opportunities, management processes with the sales team, communication and support to partners
Troubleshoot issues with standard processes and collaborate closely with deal registration team on reporting difficulties
Knowledge of Deal Registration and Partner Program
Ability to collaborate within a team environment
Basic technical knowledge of Salesforce
Analytical and investigative thinking
Quickly adapt to new development environments and changing business requirements
- English and Spanish communication skills
