What you’ll achieve

As a Digital Asset Management (DAM) Library, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing Dell’s customer-facing, marketing assets, used in the production and delivery of Dell’s go to market strategy worldwide. You will work with Digital Librarians spread across the globe, within the Marketing Content Technology team.

You will:

  • Review asset and user entered tagging prior to asset publication

  • Manage DAM assets throughout its lifecycle, from upload to the DAM to its eventual archival

  • In partnership with DAM taxonomist, work closely with business stakeholders to define asset metadata requirements and content structure

  • Create and deliver training to support content creators and users with asset uploading, tagging and overall system functionality

  • Partner with DAM product manager to improve product, processes, recommend metadata improvements and participate in the related implementation and change management.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a DAM environment with a bachelor’s degree

  • Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite applications

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Visually literate, methodical, strong attention to detail and keen interest in information management

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborative across multiple teams in a primarily virtual setting

  • Ability to be proactive and work productively in a self-directed work environment

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience with an enterprise digital asset management system - experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets is a plus

  • Experience working in Marketing and/or in a large, complex, matrix organization

  • Project management skills
