The team also leads on campaign management, product launch, online merchandising and end-to-end conversion.
What you’ll achieve
As an E-Business Advisor you will help us explore the operational and technological needs of Dell Technologies, serving as an expert on the various platforms used to conduct digital sales or conversions on a website.
Own and drive the operational excellence for Dell.ca French site across Consumer products and accessories:
Measure through SiteCatalyst and ensure the team’s flawless execution of all campaign content across Dell.ca, driving global consistency, adhering to site guidelines and meeting timelines
Working with the regional stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of end to product lifecycle of Dell branded products online plus ensuring any online issues are resolved quickly, optimize customer pathing and improve CSAT scores
Simplify and improve existing processes and define new processes when necessary ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Working closely with Dell.com IT & Design Team ensuring new features are launched flawlessly testing pre & post to ensure seamless execution online

Bilingual in French/English with strong communications skills in both written and verbal are required.
Excellent presentation and communication skills - ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, deal with ambiguity, multiple direction changes and across multiple stakeholder teams
Background in eCommerce or digital Marketing preferred with previous experience in using web analytics tools like Adobe SiteCatalyst
Proven experience in driving operational excellence in digital environment, attention to detail & think outside the box to develop best in class merchandising and messaging.
Demonstrate solid project management and ability to multitask/run multiple activities concurrently. Effectively handle multiple ad-hoc requests/projects
Optimistic, but pragmatic attitude and enjoys working in team/cross-functional & diverse environments
Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite & Bachelor’s degree
