About the Human Resources Rotation Program

We are aiming to develop the HR practitioner of the future, As such, our Global HR Rotational Program aims to give talented HR professionals the opportunity to experience 3 different types of HR roles over a period of 3 years to prepare you with the experience and expertise needed to succeed in your role.

Each 12 months you will rotate to a new assignment that will be structured to leverage your academic experience in order to enhance your HR knowledge and create a personalized development plan best suited for you. Some of the different areas you could move to include:

  • Talent & Culture

  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Talent Acquisition

  • HR Site Leadership

  • HR Business Partner

  • HR Services Organization

Key Responsibilities: For this position you'll be in charge of developing Human Resources related projects with a regional scope. Besides networking and establishing great relations with stakeholders, you'll keep on top of role needs in order to propose solutions.

Essential Requirements

  • Within 0-3 years from graduation date by February 2022.

  • Recently graduated with Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Administration, Engineering or other related careers that identifies with HR career roles.

  • Advanced English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Project Management experience.

  • Strong analytical skills.

Desirable Requirements

  • Previous work experience (HR or related field)

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and learn on the fly in a fast-paced environment
