UX Design and Strategy

After detailed consultation with our customers and careful analysis, we develop new IT systems or replace existing systems that support customers’ strategic, operational and financial goals.
Join us as a Interactive/Visual Design Principal Engineer on our Professional Services team in Brazil, Porto Alegre or Sao Paulo to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.
What you’ll achieve
Bring your inspired creativity, clear communication, open collaboration, and strongleadership to the services experience. As a Principal UX Designer, you will also advocatefor the value of designexcellence, andshould be up to date on current trends in technology, art and design, and designing for several target audiences across multiple devices and platforms (including mobile).
Evaluate our customer’s journey across all services interactions and channels in order to propose and implement improvements
Understand and communicate complex concepts simply, in visual form, and with minimal guidance
Champion a UX strategy by proactively sharing your vision with leaders, stakeholders, peers, and team members
Evaluate current communications and propose/implement improvements
Collaborate and communicate design ideas clearly to developers
Update our design and pattern library in Figma when needed.
Work with other designers to conceptualize and iterate on designs
Educate and influence teams external tothe Communications groupinformally through daily engagement and 1:1 interaction, and formally through training and related programs.

Degree inInteractive media design, Human Computer interaction or similar.
Exceptional portfolio of customer-centric work that demonstrates User Experience design concepts in the real world.
Knowledge of UX design, Interaction design, Responsive design best practices.
Experience with pattern and design libraries
Experience working in teams, in a highly matrixed, cross-functional, collaborative and agile environment
Experience using Figma or Adobe XD.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Basic understanding of HTML, XML, andCSS principlesare a plus
Experience using Miro
Experience with Service Blueprints
