What you’ll achieve
Dell Digital Experience team tackles considerable design tasks on complex enterprise-wide applications using Windows tools. We are looking for an experienced outcome-driven designer to join our global team as part of a highly collaborative group of agile problem solvers with a passion for innovating. You will build intuitive, beautiful, and meaningful products to enhance the Dell Financial Service experience. You will assist in product research, strategy, information architecture development, and interaction design to create inspiring financial products that delight. Your curiosity will make you to understand business requirements, along with the emotional desires of our customers and the context in which these two come together for inspiring designs.
Working with the Enterprise Dell Financial Service (DFS) design team, you will:
Navigate complex problems and ambiguity to propose clear, efficient, and consistent solutions
Contribute on large and small products by using effective design practices to drive quantifiable business outcomes
Identify the appropriate design system components and patterns to solve the interaction problems for the web application and portal design, contributing back to the design system
Eloquently present objective rationale to partners for design decisions

Here’s what we are looking for with this role:
An excellent communicator with experience facilitating and presenting to stakeholders
Experience in enterprise-level digital product design; and knowledgeable in data-driven, and human-centered service design
Comfort with User Interview Scripts, Prioritization Techniques, Empathy Maps, User Journey, Lean Experiments, Interaction States, Interaction Models, Information Architecture, Paired Programming or HTML Prototyping, Content Models, Design System Components
Skilled at Hypothesis Writing, Visual Design, High Fidelity Prototyping (Figma), Visual Brand Identity, Visual Style Guide, Micro-interactions, Component Libraries
Desirable Requirements :
Experienced in working with developers and product managers; and extracting requirements
Defines problems and objectives through data, research, and understanding of customers, and letting those objectives inform elegant, practical solutions
