Senior Field Resolution Manager

We answer questions about the installation, operation, configuration, customization and use of Dell Technologies products. For critical matters, we use our systems to provide remote diagnostic technical support. If there’s an issue with a customer’s product, we’ll analyze it, identify the cause, recommend a solution and document the problem.

What you’ll achieve
As part of the Resolution Managers team you will be in charge of leading high complex escalations and orchestrate resources and align expectations with different stake holders. You’ll be able to talk to CIOs, CEOs and also with the customer technical team.
Work on Sao Paulo theater, one of the most important in Brazil.
Orchestrate high complex escalations.
Interact and connect with different areas such as Tech Support, SAMs and Sales executives.
Be customer obsessed.
Use a self-management skills.
