Strategic Accounts CSG Business Development Consultant

Pushing forward key sales strategic initiatives and supporting the development of long-term sales growth plans, this expert enables us to deliver innovative tech to more customers than ever before. It’s a far-reaching and varied field that includes managing projects to map strategic actions for Dell to be successful in large opportunities across CSG LATAM. Also build and lead a strong BMS with multi area professionals to identify opportunities and structure a solid plan to ensure Dell is well positioned to win those strategic opportunities Also is responsible to report and escalate the demands to the leadership recurrently and engage other areas to the work group as needed.

Position is a liaison of the work team with areas that can increase our value added as a solution provider and with Product, Pricing and Manufacturing teams to bring possible customizations and savings.

What you’ll achieve

You will drive key sales strategic initiatives while identifying and evaluating sales growth opportunities for our top accounts. This is a key role that will influence sales behavior and capabilities.

You will:

  • Lead and Manage projects for mapped large opportunities in CSG LATAM.

  • Identify and prioritize the main actions to be taken with the Sales team,

  • Engage and facilitate work team information flow among multi areas to ensure that Dell will be in a strong position to win bids

  • To the senior leadership, Report the status of each project in a recurrent base and escalate when needed to ensure that all efforts from each areas are in place.

  • May be responsible for influencing sales behavior and capabilities.

Essential Requirements

  • Advanced understanding of Core Sales, CSG and Finance processes and strategy

  • Strong project management skills with related experience

  • In-depth understanding of internal and external factors that affect company functions and decisions

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese

Desirable Requirements

  • PMI certification

  • Understanding of key sales and management reporting tools
