Dell Data Center Sales Executive in China

ACCOUNTABILITIES This job represents a balanced sales effort of storage product and services knowledge and selling skills

Partners with the Direct Sales AE to grow the territory/account base to attain financial objectives

Understands customers’ business and storage solutions requirements

Territory/account management, including account planning and storage sales forecasting

Customarily and regularly engaged with storage decision makers at client facilities in performing primary duties

Leads storage sales process and utilizes all available resources to manage account

RESPONSIBILITIES Supports a range of accounts

Gains access and manages relationships with distributor managers

Interfaces directly with customers to ensure satisfaction with our storage solutions

Full understanding of how the our business model relates to selling our storage products and services

Secondary point of contact but may escalate customer issues/concerns as appropriate

Typically specializes in a particular segment and/or channel

Intermediate level account manager

Able to negotiate with others to achieve desired results/meet customer needs

Resolves less complex issues that have been escalated by junior team members
