Retail Sales Manager

What you’ll achieve

As a Retail Account Manager, you will drive activities that increase the sale of products and positive customer experiences, working with stores within a territory to drive productivity goals.

You will:

  • Manage a small number of lower complexity stores in a defined geography

  • Gain access to and manage relationships with Channel partners at store level in the given geographical area

  • Coordinate onsite operational activities for the assigned partner

  • Inventory management of existing customers. Manage existing terminal stores through store visits

  • Achieve channel development target (new store and new customer development)

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor degree with 2–4 years relevant experience

  • Knowledge of the breadth of Dell Technologies offerings

  • Good interpersonal skills and customer focus

  • Ability to build good customer and partner relationships​

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve ST and SO sales targets

• Complete basic KPI indicators: RDM, GPS, MSP, store opening, etc

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years sales management experience in a related industry

• Have a sense of enterprising and breakthrough

• Practical and diligent, strong executive ability

• Experience in PC industry

• Strong learning ability and resistance to pressure

• Good communication and coordination skills
