Key responsibilities:

  • Primary responsible for sales enablement for Medium Bus.

  • Organize trainings & partner engagement sessions ino Internal and Externalo CSC (customer solution center)

  • Feedback on Market/Competition activities in Medium Bus. landscape to BU & channel team

  • Product advocate

  • Support regional marketing team on the rollout & implementation of programs

  • Responsible for all CS training for internal and external

  • Coordinate activities with marketing to deliver appropriate marketing material

  • Watch competition and their products as well as go-to-market and inform on strength and weaknesses

  • Work closely with Segment Management, Strategist, Merchandising and Marketing

  • Pro-actively creates & executes needed tactical & strategic direct push activities jointly with channel, merchandising and marketing team

  • Closely aligns & collaborates with Product Field Marketing Managers

Essential requirements:

  • Guided by business plans and strategy defined jointly with BU EMEA & GU Germany

  • Executes goals and strategy within IT Market

  • Contributes to strategic decisions

  • Initiates new or revise sales procedures, programs and initiatives and assesses and determines priorities within channel

  • Anticipates how market and competitive factors will influence the selling of Dell products and services and understands and supports long-term vision of business/technology direction for Dell

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in partner/distribution business to fully understand our partner/distributor needs

  • Strong knowledge of CS products, competition and market as well as of product configuration

  • oral and written communication skills to communicate with partners, support personnel, and leadership

  • Strong English skills as close collaboration with BU EMEA

  • regular business travel required
