Within the Client Solutions Business Unit , we are looking for an Outside Workstation Technologist to join our team in Germany (remote) .
The mission of the Client Solutions organization is to provide the Commercial Go-To-Market teams with specialists focused on driving profitable growth for End User Computing Solutions.
Assist general sales on-site and at the customer to position Dells complete Workstation portfolio.
Attend minimum 4-6 customer meetings/week to assist in the technical part of winning the deal and provide regular update on Dell workstation solutions.
Develop a portfolio of 40-60 high potential workstation focus accounts within defined commercial segment
Build pipeline min. 10x bids 30-60% to close next 4 quarters. ‘Own’ bids from 10-60% stage.
Drive customer conversations in terms of CS strategy, Dell workstation value-add and technical workshops
Be the “go to person” for workstation specific pre-sales assistance. Own the process of workstation presales and share your knowledge in a structured way and to make sure that general sales can leverage this knowledge.
Show/demo and rave about our workstation portfolio and solutions. Key measures being number of won deals and workstation pipeline in the defined segment.
Build BoB relationship and business cadence with aligned core sales, Client TSRs and OSS. Proactively engage with Dells PG for workstation products to assist on larger deals .
Min 5 years experience in IT Sales and min 2 years experience in Sales/Brand Management of Client Products
excellent technical knowledge in client and workstation solutions and selling skills
good understanding of typical workstation use cases
excellent communication and presentation skills
highly motivated to learn
- Trainer experience for technical products
