General Summary

Responsible for achieving assigned sales quotas and goals within a defined geographic territory of Midlands/North. Prospects and develops business with and/or on behalf of partners, assists in RFP responses, and develops proposals for presentation to customers.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving assigned sales quotas and goals located within a defined geographic territory or account list

  • Prospects and develops business with and/or on behalf of partners assists in RFP responses

  • Develops proposals for presentation to customers

  • Requires the ability to influence others to achieve results ensures the identification, retention, growth and customer satisfaction

  • Can effectively interface at many levels with senior managers

Skills

  • Ability to influence others to achieve results

  • Customer focused, with strong interpersonal skills

  • Proactive, results driven, customer service focused, problem solver,

  • Solid understanding of the competition and an understanding of EMC's products and their value added to the customer.
