Product Marketing Senior Advisor – Services, EMEA

UK Remote

Services are essential for our customers' transformations; the Services Field and Partner Marketing team drives awareness and consideration for the Dell Technologies services portfolio in all regions, across client and infrastructure solutions, by sharing Services stories with internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll achieve

You will work with a wide range of stakeholders across the marketing organization in EMEA from the central teams – Integrated marketing (CSG, ISG, Events, Large Accounts, Medium Business), to specialist teams such as Digital, Social, Telemarketing, Channel Marketing. You will also collaborate with the Services CoC, SPOT and Sales teams and, where necessary, the core Sales teams.

Your main objective will be to create services-specific integrated go-to-market and sales enablement strategies to support existing and new service offers and for specific regional growth areas. You'll collaborate with program owners across the EMEA extended services organization and EMEA marketing (particularly the central and country marketing and integrated marketing teams) to optimize the integration of key strategic services messages to maximize coverage.

This is an all-routes-to-market role, and therefore knowledge of partner/channel marketing strategies is required in addition to understanding our direct go-to-market motion. The role is also pan-portfolio in remit, and so your Services marketing integration efforts will include Client, Infrastructure Solutions, Cloud and APEX.

You will:

  • Marketing Plan Development: Build marketing plans in collaboration with multiple stakeholders to address business/marketing priorities

  • Marketing Trends and Opportunities : Identify and address market opportunities to grow the Dell Technologies Services business

  • Services Integration: Drive appropriate integration of services into key activities (events, digital sales enablement programs), adding value with joined-up complementary messaging

  • Country/Regional programs: Provide direction and guidance for core country marketing teams in EMEA

  • Creativity : Drive marketing innovations to optimize integration engagement and customer impact.

  • KPIs and Operations : Drive Services revenue growth against an agreed set of KPIs

  • Partner/Channel Marketing Experience

Desirable Requirements

  • Communication and presentation skills

  • Relationships within the Dell Technologies EMEA field and partner marketing organization

  • Experience with the following tools: Salesforce, Allocadia,PowerBi, Smartsheet
