What you’ll achieve
The Delivery Principal’s role is to manage the overall transformation outcomes of our largest and most complex engagements on behalf of Dell Technologies (DT) and the client, providing the single point of accountability for the engagement, and leverage the delivery and solution capabilities of the Strategically Aligned Businesses (SAB) within Dell Technologies, while working alongside the DTS and SAB stakeholders in delivering transformational value.
Become responsible for providing end-to-end pursuit and delivery oversight of large, complex transformational engagements within Dell Technologies strategic accounts, engaging early in the pursuit phase, and owning the engagement outcomes throughout to their successful completion.
You will be aligned to a small set of accounts and work on pursuit and delivery with the other key roles in the organization.
Our Delivery Principals are accountable to work across all Strategically Aligned Businesses (SAB’s) inside Dell Technologies, in addition to contributing thought leadership within Program Management, Delivery Governance and Transformational oversight. You will build a highly effective executive relationship with the client, SAB account teams and delivery teams.
You oversee Pursuit and Delivery Quality Assurance and are responsible for review of proposals that address high levels of complexity and risk and address current and evolving client requirements. You actively contribute to the account planning process.
Our Delivery Principals will apply their mastery of program management methodologies to drive standards, methods, tools, and functional training to all project teams delivering within their transformation initiative. You will apply your extensive experience and program management skills to provide support, assistance and guidance to project managers as needed.
You are responsible for the development and execution of a program implementation plan that articulates the role of Dell Technologies, the various SAB governance roles as well as vendors and client resources, in the delivery of the designed solution within the account.

15+ years of experience managing large, complex technology projects and program implementations
Mastery of Program and Project Delivery methods
Understanding of Dell Technology transformation solutions and their value added to the customer.
Successful track record in complex IT services delivery program management (multi-customer, multi-site, multi-project, multi-year).
Demonstrated mastery of operating in complex, matrix environment; experience in managing regionally distributed groups.
Experience in managing Telecoms projects consisting of virtual/cloud environments and orchestration using software such as (VIM, Kubernetes, OpenStack, VMWare) as an example.
- Managing enterprise system integration projects using multiple telco vendors for a successful outcome
