Working to support the UK Retail Director, as a key link between the Account Executives, Sales Operations and Merchandising to help deliver UK Retails key KPI's. Delivering weekly reporting, analysis and insights into the sales, product and operational performance, as well as insight into market and Dell’s relative achievements.
Working closely with key internal and external stake holders to help deliver against key objectives allowing the business to grow profitably.
Managing, improving, and simplifying processes and systems within the business to allow greater efficiency, improving decision making and allowing all functions to meet key KPI’s.
Acting as a key point of contact for the retail business, in support of the Retail Director.
Develops plans and schedules based on prioritization including requirements, tasks, review points and reporting
Measures and manages activities against key KPI’s.
Delivers programs to meet core financial goals.
