The Talent Acquisition (TA) team within Human Resources is responsible for promoting a positive image of Dell Technologies and recruiting new people to our global team. We take into account complex factors to build talent acquisition strategies that achieve business objectives while ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and business partners. Alongside forecasting hiring needs, undertaking interviews and conferring job offers, we advise business leaders on the talent strategy and deliver all TA metrics.

As a Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively identifying new candidates for our UK business including (but limited to) Sales, Engineering & Marketing.

  • Full life cycle recruiting; Develop and execute unique sourcing strategies, including social networking & direct sourcing in order to proactively identify and attract top performing talent.

  • Interview and qualify candidates and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

  • Forge strong relationships at all levels of the business, with a particular emphasis on key stakeholders and business leaders.

  • Work collaboratively with the wider UK Talent Acquisition team on project based initiatives.

Here’s what we are looking for with this role:

Essential Requirements

  • Strong planning and organization skills; ability to manage a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in a Talent sourcing position in Sales, Engineering & Marketing in the UK Technology market.

  • Adept in managing Senior Stakeholders.

  • Experience with HR & Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Excellent customer and candidate experience skills.

Desirable Requirements

  • In-house experience recruiting for a Technology vendor.

  • Strong understanding of Dell Technologies competitive landscape.
