Role Overview:

The Global Learning & Enablement Operations & Services organization is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a Training Operations Senior Analyst position / individual contributor role on the Global Enablement Operations team. The role holder will work with the EMEA Sales L&E Operations team reporting to Global Operations Manager.

It’s a far-reaching and varied field that includes developing and managing sales measurement models, analyzing our strategic priorities and identifying new areas of opportunity. From evaluating sales incentive plans to diagnosing sales force training needs, it’s about improving both the quality and quantity of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work within global standard processes to support sales training in EMEA.

  • Assist regional operations lead in creating classroom sessions for instructor-led training.

  • Assist with EMEA new hire sales onboarding logistics.

  • Work with analytics team for EMEA training reporting requests.

  • Partner with EMEA operations lead and FSE managers to align/assign training capability to forecast needs.

  • Manage day to day execution of classes against forecast and minimize risk.

  • Other operational duties as assigned by operations lead and operations manager.

Essential Requirements

  • Prefer Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or Associate's degree with 3-5 years of related experience

  • Prior experience with SABA Learning Management system strongly preferred

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint & Word)

  • Must be able to work independently under minimum supervision

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work individually and on teams

  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization, in addition to solid written and oral communication skills

  • Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Displays strong ability to exercise judgment to shift priorities, organize multiple tasks simultaneously, and work with minimal direction
