Product Management Advisor – IT

What you’ll achieve
As an IT Product Management Senior Analyst, you will be driving all aspects of IT Project, Program and Portfolio activity, including collaborating and coordinating across all IT and business segments. You will work with internal customers (i.e., Product Managers, Project Managers, and Business Advisors, etc.) to complete project/program on time and within budget.
• Provide analysis in support of new product offerings, including features, cost and driving peripheral requirements for the product platforms
• Support requirements gathering and provide management support
• Support the preparation of external and internal product events
• Ensure consistency and adherence to Dell Technologies standards, processes, and policies for all projects

Define and implement product strategy based on an intimate knowledge of customer needs, business goals and technical feasibility.
Collaborate with strategic, marketing, and technology teams to ensure that business requirements are translated into designs that fit the creative and technical constraints of the product.
Oversee on-going feature enhancements, including defining requirements, prioritizing requests, and partnering closely with engineers to groom, plan sprints, and implement new capabilities.
Create specifications and requirements documents, including business process flows, user stories, and data flow diagrams that reflect the scope and complexities of the requested features
Champion the definition and creation of key processes and tools that enable our platforms to scale.
Prior development or Business Analysis background highly preferred – must be able to translate and understand technical and functional details with little hand holding
Demonstrated experience running complex scalable agile projects backed by a deep understanding of software development lifecycle principles. ScrumMaster (CSM) or Product Owner (CSPO) certification preferred

Have a good understand if SFDC Lead Management
Host and manage the Governance forum to drive the new ideas/requirements (lead & Contact) and get the approval to transform it as a story
Host and manage the Planning meeting
Follow up and manage on all the support incidents raised by the business stakeholders
Manage the requirements and the logics for PMC integration with SFDC
Help gather the requirements from the business and vendor to size them for project roadmaps
Monitor and help the dev team to scope the stories for the feature releases along with the business
Act as SFDC SME for external teams with the data and functionality information as required
Act as SFDC SME for the business stakeholders helping them to understand the new and old functionalities within SFDC
