What you’ll achieve
As a Partner Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for working independently with business and sales as well as Global and International Channel Marketing teams to drive holistic channel marketing programs through countries. The role will require interactions with Indirect Channels (Distributors, Resellers, Solution Provider partners) to implement channel marketing programs to enhance the company's presence at partner’s point of sales, to generate sell out and to increase rate of recommendation to customers. Activities include planning, execution, and return on investment analysis for marketing programs, marketing funds management and engagement with alliance partners (Intel, Microsoft, VMware) to maximize vendor funds. The role also involves execution of joint marketing programs with the channel partner, partner communications, driving sales performance and ensuring a strong and consistent brand experience.
Market the organization’s products/services through indirect channels such as Solution Providers, Distributors and Alliance Partners
Formulate and drive channel marketing strategies and channel sales promotion campaigns
Develop go-to-market strategy and tactics for channel and internal stakeholders, aligned with global guidance
Create campaigns and programs to increase revenue and market share via indirect channels
Identify segment market, competition, customer, sales requirements and uses this knowledge to adopt marketing programs, in conjunction with segment Business Managers, Marcom and BI on quarterly basis to support segment achievement of financial plan and P&L
Support the quarterly marketing plan or record and roadmap

Ability to make recommendations to internal stakeholders on opportunities to grow and enhance the business, making a strong business impact for the region
8 to 10 years of experience leading initiatives within channel marketing to develop and implement programs that align with Channel Sales Strategy
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic communication plans with both internal Stakeholders and Partners
A Bachelor’s degree
Excellent knowledge of business and marketing strategy, concepts tools and techniques, including promotions, direct mail, customer relations and advertising
Strong knowledge of cross-channel marketing techniques such as Online and Digital and other Direct Marketing tactics
