Platform Unification Consultant

What you’ll achieve

You will envision and drive the future state of Customer Experiences across Dell's digital assets. You will identify the need of the business and roll that into our product roadmap. You will prioritize and transform business processes from current state to future state. As a Platform Unification Consultant, You will be leading the platform unification of Dell Outlet with Dell.com. You will work cross-functionally across Sales, Factory Ops, Merchandizing, Marketing, Sales Ops, IT, & Finance to unify end to end experiences.

You will:

  • Analyze customer needs to determine the appropriate e-business solution.

  • Deliver and maintain a superior online customer experience.

  • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for online.

  • Apply deep understanding of emerging online demand generation programs site search strategies to increase revenues and enhance the customer experience.

  • Represent consumer, marketing, and merchandising point of view to identify new business/content opportunities and effectiveness of programs.

  • Deep understanding of search capabilities (SEO and SEM) and ability to drive global search strategies and measure against key KPI’s.

  • Work with the development team for implementation and testing of all new functions/features.

  • Lead various project teams & Manage multiple deployments (8+ simultaneously)

Essential Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of eCommerce processes & technologies

  • Ability to lead and influence without authority

  • Understanding of Sales & Marketing processes

  • Ability to prioritize features and capabilities based on data.

  • Typically requires 12+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business; or 8+ years with a Master’s degree in engineering or business; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience

Desirable Requirements

  • Product Management Certification

  • Project Management Certification - Agile

  • Experience with Business Process Transformation
