Dell Consultant, Product Management in India

Join us as a Senior Product Manager - Technology on our Global Ecommerce Experience Product management team in India to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

As an ECommerce Product Manager, you will work with cross functional teams to define, validate and execute vision and strategy for the Dell.com ecommerce experience – the customer journey through shopping, purchasing and owning flagship Dell products and beyond.

As an Ecommerce Product Manager for Dell.com, you will:

  • Work with engineering, design, analytics, teams to build best-in-class customer experiences

  • Run experiments, analyze user behavior, and develop insights to build and optimize the product

  • Breakdown complex problems into simple solutions, find opportunities and focus on data-driven approaches to accelerate the learning process to validate solutions

  • Work with cross functional stakeholder organizations.

  • Demonstrate deep user empathy for customers; advocate for the customer through excellent verbal, and written communication – accordingly collaborate with stakeholders, engineers and designers as part of small co-located teams

Essential Requirements

  • Relevant product management experience with at least 6+ years’ in customer facing ecommerce experiences.

  • Typically, 8+ years of product management experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 4+ years of product management experience with a master’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Experience with lean startup, agile development, and user-centered design methodologies; experience articulating and testing product hypotheses

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey analytical insights effectively to both IT and business leadership audiences

  • Background in shaping user interfaces for core eCommerce customer-retention strategies such as customer account experience, loyalty vehicles (rewards etc.) and subscription management (SaaS etc.) offerings.

Desirable Requirements

  • Proven experience working on a world-class product; 10+ years of relevant experience in product management and eCommerce

  • Master’s in Business Administration appreciated
