What you’ll achieve
As a Software Engineer Senior Manager, you will understand the technology environment and business functions and apply your knowledge of programming, technologies and processes to develop and maintain business applications.
• Direct the efforts of the team towards achievement of strategic and operational objectives
• Act as a subject matter expert and advisor for specialized programs, systems and critical technologies
• Assume a lead role within a major project and determine project approach, system scope, resource allotment and budget planning to meet complex business requirements
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand critical business success factors and key performance indicators
• Manage and support the career growth of your direct reports

• Expert project management skills
• Strong client management and advanced business skills
• 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in software engineering
• 4 years managerial/leadership experience with 2 years managing a SRE team
