What you’ll achieve

The Consultant , Insider Risk Operations will be a strong team player that enjoys a fast-paced and challenging global environment. Candidates must be able to work proactively and independently while demonstrating organizational and priority management skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must.

You will:

  • Lead and collaborate on design and development oftheSRO Insider Threat Program from conception through implementation

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to design and recommend a global strategy and roadmap for managing Insider Threat risk in a manner which promotes effectivenessandstandardizationand provides a leadership role in defining and evolving the global policy, standards,and controls to support the strategy

  • Provide a global, holistic view of Insider Threat risk posture, KPI,and global spend

  • Lead qualitative and quantitative analysis of best practices, threat environments and technology evolution

  • Must be a program management expert within the Cybersecurity Insider Threat arena with understanding of how to plan, identify stakeholders,anddevelop a program and team

Essential Requirements

  • Strategic thinker capable of tackling complex problems and influencing risk-based decision-making

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a complex multi-national environment

  • Excellent analytical, oral/written communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively collaborate and manage relationships with global partners and varying levels of management

  • Ability to communicate security and business risk to a broad range of technical and non-technical audiences

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor’s degree in B. S./B. A. in Science, or Mathematics, Engineering, Psychology or a related field with a strong technical background. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

  • Ability and willingness to share on-call responsibilities, work non-standard hours, and travel as required

Desirable Requirements

  • Any of the following or combination of the following certifications (C|EH, GCIH, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CFE or equivalent).

  • Knowledge and experience with data mining and analytics involving large datasets.
