What you’ll achieve

As aEMEA 3rd party Client Peripherals Buyer you will work closely with product & sales teams to identify strategic growth opportunities and drive the onboarding process of 3rd party vendors for our Consumer & Small Business segment on Dell.com.

You will:

  • Leverage market data, customer insights and competitor analysis, to identify growth opportunities, build business cases and make brand / SKU recommendations while collaborating with Product Planners and Global Business Operations teams to determine regional ​growth targets

  • Support the development of a 3-year growth strategy that aligns to the global Client Peripheral Go Big strategy, and the successful execution of this strategy

  • Manage the end-to-end vendor onboarding process, from opportunity Evaluation to product launch; working closely with internal cross functional teams and external partners to ensure a streamlined process and communication

  • Strategize, build and deliver pitches to evangelize Dell to vendors, on strategic partnership, value prop and growth opportunities & track category health performance and work action plans with regional Go-to-Market teams to drive performance improvements

  • Develop and manage external partner relationship with key vendors and distributors, to optimize onboarding & launch process, and ensure optimal 4P execution

Essential Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant business experience preferably in the IT industry (Marketing, Planning, Merchandising, Sales Operations)

  • Ability to assess market opportunity, understanding of P&L and financial concepts, advanced analytical skills and ability to convert insights to strategic actions

  • Excellent communication skills - ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization and represent Dell in external partner meetings & creative thinking - ability to look for new and improved ways to achieve goals, and a constant curiosity for learning

  • Experience onboarding and managing relationships with external partners / vendors and/or distributors

  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and project management skills - Ability to drive end-to-end process within cross-functional stakeholders to launch new programs and/or products

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree, MBA preferred

  • Proficiency in multiple languages (English, French, German)

Salary in Slovakia starting from: 2700 EUR gross/month
