Finance Consultant/ Business Partner

What you’ll achieve

As a Financial Consultant, you will lead the financial planning process for a business unit, developing processes, tools and controls to support business requirements; as well as executing critical initiatives.

You will:

  • Work directly with Sales Leadership to define and operationalize GTM strategies and priorities including Sales coverage, alignment and attainment levels while leveraging centralized support.

  • Drive business management activities, including IOP, management cadence, business performance measurement and corrective actions when necessary.

  • Maximize business profitability through proactive deal and customer engagement. Playing a key role in the Deal Governance process, deal reviews and approvals, and collaborating effectively/ negotiating with Corporate facing functions.

  • Provide productivity and performance insights to Sales leaders to optimize and increase selling time and drive action plans and Help enable alternative financing and consumption models applicable to relevant geographies

  • Provide business governance and controls,

  • Help develop and enable channel solutions ecosystem (working alongside regional Channel teams) and Represent GBO externally in customer & Channel conversations on growth strategies and business cases

Essential Requirements

  • Master’s degree in finance, Economics or equivalent, with 10+ years relevant experience in finance or a related field; experience in financing business will be a distinct advantage

  • Business acumen with strong understanding of: Sales, Sales motions and GTM strategy, Local industry and market landscape, Business financials and P&L mgmt.

  • Executive communication and Influencing (to maximize financial performance)

  • Collaboration and building cross-functional relationships and Emotional intelligence such as empathy & relationship management

  • Data storytelling & Data driven decision making and judgment

Salary starting from: 3 300,- eur brutto
