What you’ll achieve
As a Salesforce Engineer, you will analyze the customer’s business goals, needs and general business environment to build technical system answers and create sophisticated software solutions.
Designing, coding, testing, debugging and documenting Service cloud components
Participate in the preparation, review and evaluation of software/storage requirements and specifications
Provide critical input into the selection, configuration and implementation of new and existing solutions
Prepare written specifications for tasks of varied complexity from verbal requirements
Use defined software lifecycle methodologies
Review and implement test strategies for software products

Experience as a SFDC Service Cloud developer
Knowledge on APEX and App configuration
Ability to code/debug moderately sophisticated programs using design specifications
Knowledge of software architectures and applications
2–5 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree
