Within DCSE we are looking for an Account Executive to work as part of a team based in Israel.

From developing brand new accounts to driving expansion across existing accounts, our Direct Sales team transforms opportunity into action every day. Whether focusing on a geographical area, product line, industry, channel or market segment, their goal is the same: to develop relationships with the end-users of the organization and generate meaningful sales. They are the direct line between our ground-breaking portfolio of product solutions and the desks of satisfied customers.

DCSE leads our customers on their journey to modernize, automate, transform and simplify their data center strategy. We use innovative & trusted solutions including CI, HCI, Storage, DPS, and Emerging Technologies to enable a customer’s hybrid cloud / software defined data center strategy. Partners with the Commercial AE, GCN SC, and ASE to create a data center focused account plan & strategy. Leads sales campaigns and negotiations for the storage, data protection, cloud solutions and converged portfolio, while coordinating specialist support.

Key Responsibilities

The Account Executive is responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring a great customer experience with existing and potential customers. You will:

  • Responsible for transformational data center solutions which includes end to end storage, converged, unstructured data, and data protection solutions.

  • Tight alignment & partnership with the ASE to define the customer’s data center strategy

  • Drives demand generation through the execution of Data Center Sales specific sales plays to increase market share with new & existing markets • Engages channel partners as appropriate • Engages at CXO level & demonstrates measurable ROI

  • Understands customer’s business, value-drivers and organization, including install base, key initiatives, applications, existing & planned financial landscape

  • Takes consultative approach to solution selling by mapping customer challenges to Dell EMC capabilities

  • Communicates Dell EMC’s unique value to customers

  • Manages virtual team of specialists & resources • Driving cross sell opportunities by leveraging position of strength to expand storage portfolio within the customer • Operational excellence of the opportunity forecast, pipeline in SFDC

  • Own ongoing personal development, expertise of Dell EMC solutions and Industry knowledge

Essential Requirements

  • Extensive experience selling technology solutions where you were recognised as a top performer

  • World-class customer management and strategic selling skills to enhance the success of our customers’ business and the growth of Dell

  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems

  • Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills and able to provide insight and thought leadership to senior/CIO/CXO leadership and next 2 levels down

  • Highly developed planning and organisation skills and ability to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment

  • Deep expertise of market trends that impact on Dell’s customers

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/BA) or equivalent experience
