Dell Advisor, Project/Program Manager in Mexico
Role Responsibilities The Dell Program Manager will assure that all necessary activities are completed as scheduled to support the program such as, administrative processes, order placement process design, order status/tracking process design, custom process specification, product constraints identification, and logistics/delivery issues communications. The Global Program Manager addresses and coordinates specific program requirements by leveraging a network of Dell experts from around the globe. Additionally, the Program Manager is responsible for identifying systematic issues and implementing corrective actions that will benefit the whole organization.

7+ years of relevant work experience as a Program or Project Manager is preferred
CAPM or PMP certification – if not certified at hire date, must complete certification within one year
One of the following: Six Sigma Certification (Business Excellence) or a Graduate Degree aligned to role (International Mgmt, Project Mgmt, MBA, etc) is highly preferred
Strong Business Operations Experience
Domestic level support with projects would be required / Global level is preferred
Strong organization skills, priority setting, planning and execution skills
Ability to network and build business relationships
Understanding of Project Management language and methodologies
Strong Excel knowledge / Pivot Tables
Bi-lingual: English/Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
