We are currently seeking a Cybersecurity Cryptography Analyst to join our Security & Resiliency team, based in Mexico. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and fast-moving, with the ability to independently lead projects in addition to being responsible for daily activities that ensure the overall health of the organization from an administrative and staff management perspective.

Key Responsibilities

The Analyst serves as a junior operational engineer for the technologies that the Cryptography team supports and also ensures that all system components are maintained, updated, monitored, accessible, and available according to Cybersecurity standards; while partnering with other engineers in the evaluation, testing, and implementation of diverse solutions.

  • Identify and troubleshoot issues; including escalating to SMEs and vendors/OEMs as appropriate

  • Engage and follow the change management process to implement solution changes

  • Perform routine solution maintenance

  • Maintain solution and operations documentation including system design, standards, guidelines, deployment plans, installation guides and system diagrams

  • Understand all aspects of the solution and its operation and ensure resilience of the solution

  • Perform infrastructure audits of the Cybersecurity environment


  • Degree in Information Technology, Information Security or related major

  • Strong understanding of IT and Cybersecurity technologies

  • Strong verbal and communication skills

  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, SSL

  • Experience with security and IT infrastructure management processes and documentation

  • Intermediate experience managing CyberArk suite. Including the PAS, PTA, EPM, PSM, AIM, and CPM modules

Additional Requirements

  • The ideal candidate knows how to define PAS and EPM policies (Best practices of break glass and endpoints)

  • Possesses experience defining monitors and alerts for CyberArk in Linux environments

  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Kerberos, and Privileged/Escalation of credentials

  • Experience with Linux agent PAM integration

  • Possesses a certification in a Cybersecurity-related field
