Mexico - Remote

What you’ll achieve

The Dell Security & Resiliency Organization (SRO) manages the security and resiliency risk across all aspects of Dell’s business. With team members located in over 15 countries, you will have an excellent opportunity to influence the security culture at Dell and further develop your career. You will become an expert in the process, work independently and advise stakeholders.

You will:

  • focus on automating our control testing. This will enable us to scale our testing efforts to evaluate compliance to policies and standards more broadly across the environment, beyond traditional focus areas like SOX, PCI.

  • automate the implementation, validation, remediation, monitoring and reporting of controls

  • engage with other departments in the Security & Resiliency Organization and teams within Dell to leverage existing compliance information.

  • leverage big data and develop RPA.

Essential Requirements

  • At least 6 years of automation and/or software development experience.

  • A degree in Information Technology, Software Development, and/or Data Science is desired

  • Working knowledge of IT Controls frameworks (ISO, PCI, COBIT, NIST), Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard

  • Data Security Standard, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, ISO 27001 Standards as well as Data Privacy and Protection regulations are required.

  • Working knowledge of IT Controls frameworks (ISO, PCI, COBIT, NIST), Payment Card Industry

Desirable Requirements

  • . Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and information technology systems terminology, concepts, and practices.

  • Possess strong customer service skills, with the ability to work well independently and be proactive in problem-solving.

  • Strong verbal communications skills are required as well as excellent time management abilities.

  • Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, systems as needed.

  • The ability to work effectively globally and cross-functionally is critical given the diverse locations of our team members.
