What you’ll achieve
We are looking for a leader to identify, analyze, and prioritize business impacts for process gaps that occur within the customer data lifecycle management. As a Process Engineer, you will support the development and implementation of solutions to drive efficient and compliant processes to ensure customer data is created, updated and use for the intended purpose, meeting high quality standards and providing the relevant information to the business functions.
Drive defining, understanding, and implementing improvements in business processes dependent of customer data to ensure high quality, relevancy, and ease of use of the data, as well as best practices in customer data management
Lead or facilitate documentation of as-is business processes, identify friction points and gaps, describe details on workflow diagrams/charts, design the appropriate to-be process and recommend system controls & protocols /policies.
Identify processes and technology capabilities requirements and correlates those activities within the business process flows, support validation of the future state capabilities.
Perform quantitative analysis, using process-related tool of key performance indicators to identify opportunities and develop recommendations for process improvement
Analyse data on relevant project information, KPIs, data quality metrics, interviews, surveys, or any other data and draws inferences as well as identifies corrective, preventative and improvement action plans

6+ years of experience driving process improvements through the direct application of Lean and/or Six Sigma tools and concepts. Related experience or equivalent experience in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Process Engineering
Proven track record of delivering innovative process solutions, including Process Improvement Techniques and Methodologies (Lean, 6Sigma, DMAIC)
Demonstrated excellence in communications in writing, verbally, interpersonally and in presentations, especially in simplifying complex concepts for different audiences
Strong program management and organizational skills and have experience balancing inputs and priorities from multiple stakeholders, driving business decision-making
Expert in facilitation and influencing cross-functional teams to align and adopt process improvements applying new tools and insights
Understanding of Dell's customer data and the systems and processes that manage this data throughout the Customer Lifecycle, basic understanding of Data Governance concepts and practices
Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and/or knowledge of Project Management Methodologies
Prefer Bachelor’s in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Process Engineering
