About this Position | What You Will Achieve

As a Quality Manager (Manager 2, Web Product Quality), you will be responsible for managing a local team and work with other global team members and partners to drive execution and improvement in quality and online standards on websites.

You will:

  • Lead a team responsible for auditing, monitoring, resolving and preventing quality findings

  • Work with global teams and team members to drive quality KPIs and Standards on our websites

  • Improve efficiency, effectiveness and governance of internal and external processes through transformation and process changes through data driven decisions.

  • Provides oversight of resources, budgets, projects, and programs

Essential Requirements

  • 3 or more years of people management experience or relevant

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred, or previous 8 or more years of experience in eCommerce

  • Self-directed and ability to drive programs & projects to successful outcomes within a fast-paced e-business environment

  • Strong and demonstrable internal client-facing skills specifically in the areas of communication, issue and escalation management

  • Works with stakeholders to understand critical business success factors and key performance indicators to be managed, negotiate desired service levels, minimize business risks, and diffuse conflict

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience in driving quality and standards, or similar experience

  • Experience working with global teams and partners

  • Experience with driving transformation and process improvements

  • Demonstrate strong innovation and problem solving skills.
