Senior Advisor Go To Market Business and Media Manager

Assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities and developing marketing programs, Field Marketing at Dell Technologies is at the forefront of customer engagement. Responsible for a specific location, department or product, our teams drive marcom strategy – from making budget recommendations to defining roadmaps and informing content themes. Interacting directly with customers and utilizing third-party customer data, they provide Dell’s product marketing and messaging team with game-changing feedback. At the highest level, they develop and drive marketing policies and activities, from market research through brand management and product development.

What you’ll achieve

As a Senior Advisor Media Manager, you will work directly with the regional lead and you will lead the development and execution for all media planning and business alignment across Dell’s Small Business and Consumer product portfolio in Sweden and Netherlands.The objective of this role will be to grow the markets brand awareness, consideration and achieve revenue growth by delivering key KPIs i.e weekly site visits, call and chat demand. They will be the first point of contact and working directly with our media agencies, ensuring positive relationship management and collaboration to ensure key KPIs are met.

You will:

  • Efficiently manage marketing budget with the media agencies to drive in quarter Revenue, Unit, and Margin goals in addition to brand objectives.

  • Owns primary relationship with third party dedicated agency team.

  • Provides leadership and strategic direction around all expansion markets marketing objectives with cross departmental functions within Dell.

  • Accountability and reporting on demand generation KPIs (clicks, calls & chats) on a daily, weekly and quarterly basis.

  • Fluent in English and Dutch

  • Strong experience 5+ years in marketing with a track record of measurable results

  • Strong analytical and research abilities with a constant curiosity for learning within a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Knowledge of Marcom process – from creative to in-market delivery

  • Good organizational agility and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions and lines of business in a virtual organization with strong communication skills with all levels of stakeholders

Desirable Requirements

  • Excellent understanding of relevant market dynamics and technology

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or similar business program
