The Dell Security & Resiliency organization manages the security risk across all aspects of Dell’s business. What you’ll achieve
The Talent Management Advisor will be responsible for managing the global headcount for the Security & Resiliency Organization as well as handling daily activities supporting the organization from an administrative and staff management perspective.
Responsible for managing the SRO headcount by working with leaders to draft job descriptions, opening job requisitions, and managing the recruitment process from beginning to end
Maintain hiring report tracker, monitor hiring metrics, and provide regular readout to leaders on hiring status
Main interface and partner with Talent Acquisition business partners globally
Assist Talent Management team with meeting coordination and event planning

5+ years experience in project management or talent management
Excellent attention to detail in all work activities
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing and shifting priorities
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Results-driven and accountability-minded
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, OR equivalent professional experience preferred.
