What you’ll achieve
The Manager, Insider Risk Operations will be a strong team player that enjoys a fast-paced and challenging global environment. Candidates must be able to work proactively and independently while demonstrating organizational,managerial, and priority management skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Lead and collaborate on design and development oftheSRO Insider Threat Program from conception through implementation
Collaborate with global stakeholders to design and recommend a global strategy and roadmap for managing Insider Threat risk in a manner which promotes effectivenessandstandardizationand provides a leadership role in defining and evolving the global policy, standards,and controls to support the strategy
Provide a global, holistic view of Insider Threat risk posture, KPI,and global spend
Lead qualitative and quantitative analysis of best practices, threat environments and technology evolution
Must be a program management expert within the Cybersecurity Insider Threat arena with understanding of how to plan, identify stakeholders,anddevelop a program and team

Six or moreyears of relevant work experience (insider risk / digital forensics / internal investigations)
Leadership experience (team / program / strategy)
Degree in related field with a strong technical background(additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
Strategic thinker capable of tackling complex problems and influencing risk-based decision-making
Ability to collaborate effectively in a complex multi-national environment
Ability to communicate security and business risk to a broad range of technical and non-technical audiences
Any of the following or combination of the following certifications (C|EH, GCIH, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CFE or equivalent)
Knowledge and experience with data mining and analytics involving large datasets
Excellent analytical, oral/written communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively collaborate and manage relationships with global partners and varying levels of management
