Channel Partner Account Manager (CPAM) , South Asia (SA) & Singapore (SG)

Position Summary for SASG
This position is reports into the APJ Channel Programs Director.
Key Responsibilities include :
·Responsible for the launch, maintenance and adoption of our SA + SG Dell EMC Partner Program (DEPP).
·GOTO person for SA + SG Dell EMC Partner Program (DEPP).
·Drive a high percentage of metal tier partners to pass annual audit, leveraging onthe Metal Tier Partners Performance dashboards, Program Tracker, APJ Partners’ health scorecard
·Drive partners to completion of audit requirements with extended team support and communication
·Owned and responsible for timely internal cascade/ communications of all audit requirements on a weekly/bi-weekly/ monthly/ quarterly basis
·Co-owned partners’ business meetings/ visits with in-country teams and update strategic partners’ performance on a weekly/bi-weekly/ monthly/ quarterly basis
·Responsible to drive adoption, tracking and reporting on all aligned and executed Channel programs.
·GOTO person for all aligned executed Channel programs.
·Drive consistency of the processes by following APJ aligned guidelines for all Channel Programs
·Assist in designing and executing of Consumer Regional Programs for partners
·Responsible for ensuring timely launch, tracking, reporting and success of all aligned Channel programs
·Responsible for timely internal cascade/ communications of all programs on a weekly/bi-weekly/ monthly/ quarterly basis
·Provide timely reporting of Channel Programs’ KPIs
·Advisory role in local program mechanisms and drive local program consolidation, aligned with APJ, SASG Channels & Finance team
Partner Resource Desk:
·Provide guidance to the Partner Resource Desk for tasks assigned
·Collaborate with Partner Resource Desk to drive for greater partners experience on Channel Programs.
1.This role requires strong analytical, communication, collaborative, communication, organization agility and presentation skills with at least 10 years of channel experience (Preferred)
2.Detailed, proactive and have strong project management skills. Able to multi-task is also critical.Excel, PPT and Presentation skills are a must
3.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment
4.Possess strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions
5.Other success attributes include being fast learner, results-oriented, analytical, matured
6.Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT Channel industry with a track record of measurable results
7.Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Business/ Sales & Marketing or equivalent
8.Fluent in both written and spoken English
