Global Sales Engagement Manager

What you’ll achieve

Be the catalyst for engaging with sales team members and customers who want to share their experience with Dell Technologies while creating a consistent and positive customer experience across our technology portfolio. Be part of this team to drive the goal to differentiate customer experience programs and initiatives that cultivate loyalty and advocacy among our most strategic customers and sales teams.

You will:

  • Produce win recognition communications for sales executives, which requires Identifying and prioritizing most transformational wins in partnership with their strategy and communications delegates.

  • Manage wins pipeline; interview account leads to capture the specifics needed to share their success story; manage agency writers on drafts; manage approvals and edits to produce a finalized version for the sales executives.

  • Share wins pipeline with BU teams to ensure alignment of wins to be published by sales executives and wins to be published by individual BUs.

  • Identify accounts and peer references ready and appropriate for broader reference program participation including Marketing programs and loyalty initiatives.

Essential Requirements

  • 10 to 15 years of customer reference management, communications, field marketing or sales enablement experience.

  • Sales or marketing program management.

  • Experience producing and editing content for executive or sales team consumption.

  • Proficiency with CRM (customer relationship management) systems specifically Salesforce (SFDC), C360, or Account Plans.

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business

  • Experience in Enterprise or Commercial Sales or supporting Sales teams
