We lead all aspects of IT project, program and portfolio activity and collaborate across all areas of the company to get results for our customers that exceed their expectations. Focused on completing projects and programs on time, within scope and budget, we define the project value proposition, manage resources, guide project team members and keep leaders updated on the project status and risk factors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the delivery of projects with low complexity and low risk, the delivery of the standard project plan with minimal supervision and coordinates standard project plans, delivers against standard statements of work (SOW).

  • Performs services based on multiple level 1 services of different practices.

  • Prepares, maintains and submits clear and concise activity progress reports and time recording/management reports to customers, management and sales in accordance with published procedures

  • Ensures system based project closure

  • Controls financial compliance

  • Provide input for weekly revenue forecast

  • Drives customer satisfaction in order to achieve Total Customer Experience (TCE).

  • Makes management aware of potential issues or customer escalations

  • Point of contact during the project for all aspects of the engagement

  • Ensures transparency by regularly communicating project status to the project team and customer

  • Understands how Dell Solutions and Dell Services business can provide additional benefit to the customer

  • Provide performance feedback to management

  • Effectively coordinates cross functional project teams

  • Stays abreast of current industry trends and new technologies

  • Complete quarterly accreditations

Desirable Requirements

  • Typically requires 2+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience
